Hey there readers! I'm really glad that you'll are reading my posts and which helps me keep going and I'm on to my next one today. While we're at 'reading' in the opening sentence, I thought of sharing my list of the FIVE books that every young mind should have in his/her personal library. These are non-fiction, knowledgeable books which I'm sure will fill you with a lot of motivation to slay your work life. Go ahead, visit the nearest book store, a cup of tea or coffee and laze around to read them.

With extensive research work, this book has been written that every determined manager should learn from.
2) Stay Hungry, Stay Foolish! - Rashmi Bansal
This quote is by Steve Jobs, the late CEO of Apple Inc., but this book is by our very own Indian writer Rashmi Bansal who takes us through the entrepreneurial journey of 25 IIM-A graduates. For the young mind flushed with 'make your own path' dreams, this book is definitely for you'll, well everyone to learn something from it.
3) The One Thing You Need To Know - Marcus Buckingham
The managers of today and tomorrow, this book is all about the things that will make you lift your edge up to be a successful manager and a great leader for your subordinates through various managerial and leadership competencies.
4) Rich Dad, Poor Dad - Robert Kiyosaki
Well, well Big bucks and a Happy life, it's the dream for one and all. Let this book guide you to look at money and earning money with a different perspective and take cues from it to set your finances just right. This book has always been a highly recommended one, so if you don't have it already, its time.
5) The Secret - Rhonda Byrne
This one is totally different from the books listed above. It's all about empowering yourself from within to get a life that you always longed for. You may want to read it n-number of times whenever you're looking in the mirror for some courage and self-motivation, this book is to be treasured.
