TheHRConnect is soul-ly an outcome of an HR Professionals' love for writing, sharing views and gaining insights and opinions about the Corporate world with respect to all domains especially Human Resource Management. Another reason why TheHRConnect took shape is because, my HR professor, the best I've had this far, has taught me that learning is a never-ending process, what better way to learn than connecting with people and gaining knowledge on the current trends.
