How to develop a new habit and be consistent with it.

In the beginning of this year, I decided that I wanted to develop a habit of reading books, and I have managed to stay consistent with it for quite some time now, hence, here's a post on how you can develop and be consistent about any new habit. These are the chronological steps for doing it: 1. Identify the real purpose - Most of the times people forget to understand the underlying reason as to why they want to change a particular habit or perhaps set a new one.
